By utilizing Sangeet Bot, thou dost agree to abide by these Terms of Service, which govern the use of our Discord music bot and its associated services.

Permitted Use

Sangeet Bot may be employed solely for lawful purposes in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Thou shalt not:

• Exploit the bot for malicious intent, including spamming or harassment.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the bot’s functionality.
• Use the bot to infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Service Availability

Sangeet Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion. In case of spamming or unusual behaviour with our bot we may create server invites to look into those who are doing so. No matter the server is private or public we will create an invite and join to see if there is something unusual is hapenning with our bot. We may also blacklist those servers and users from using our bot.

Third-Party Integrations

Sangeet Bot integrates with services such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Lavalink. Users must comply with the respective terms of these services when using related features.

User Conduct

Thou art responsible for all actions taken through thy Discord account. Any misuse may result in temporary or permanent bans from Sangeet Bot’s services.

Limitation of Liability

The Sangeet Dev Team shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

Modifications to Terms

We may amend these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of Sangeet Bot constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
